Due to an instability of our API cluster, some users might have encountered issues to access our services between 8:50 AM EST and 9:15 AM EST and between 10:00 AM EST and 10:30 AM EST. This issue only affected some of our users intermittently and is now solved. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
