Scheduled

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on April 19, 2025, to apply critical security updates that are essential for maintaining the security and compliance of our infrastructure. These updates are crucial to ensure our systems remain protected against emerging threats.

Maintenance Schedule (in UTC): April 19: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (UTC)

What to expect:
During this maintenance window:
• The application may be intermittently unavailable.
• Users may experience temporary disruptions when attempting to log in, access features, or perform certain actions.
• Active sessions may be interrupted as servers are restarted post-maintenance.

iOS Kiosk App Users – Please Note:
The iOS kiosk app may become unresponsive or disconnect from Proxyclick locations during the database server restart. To resolve this:
• Close and reopen the app.
• Resync using your activation code.

Our plan:
• Apply critical security patches to all relevant servers.
• Deploy updates in phases wherever possible to minimize disruption.
• Closely monitor the update process and address any issues promptly.

Post-Maintenance:
Once the maintenance is complete:
• The application will be fully operational and secure.
• Our team will conduct thorough testing to ensure stability and performance.

Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to strengthen the security and reliability of our platform. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
