Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible Proxyclick experience, and will be performing scheduled maintenance to implement infrastructure improvements.

Proxyclick will experience scheduled downtime for these improvements on 15 January 2023.

To implement the infrastructure improvements, Proxyclick needs to update public internet IP addresses that support our services. For most customers, no action is required.

If you have set up strict network policy filtering (whitelisting) IP addresses of Proxyclick with a firewall, you will need to take action. All Proxyclick Administrators were emailed an advance notice of this scheduled maintenance announcement which includes IP tables for updating your network filter policies.

We strongly advise against whitelisting IP addresses, as doing so creates a risk of function loss in case of update or misconfiguration. Because IP addresses are subject to change in the future, filtering is required. Instead, we recommend whitelisting * domains if possible.
