Between 14:00 UTC and 14:10 UTC our internal network was experiencing issues due to a deployment failure, which in turn affected apps and webhooks. Slow access to the API, apps and webhooks was restored at 14:10 UTC. All systems were back fully operational a few minutes later as we needed to process the backlog.
